Bath Housing Authority

Administers Section 8 vouchers and four housing complexes with 137 units for income-eligible senior or disabled individuals.

Brunswick Housing Authority

Manages public housing and Section 8 housing choice vouchers, including senior and disabled apartments. Also offers a “Congregate Housing Service Program,” which provides residents of its three senior housing properties with additional services — including meals, housekeeping, personal care services and emergency medical services — to encourage independent living.

Midcoast Maine Community Action

Housing Counseling Services provide coordinated housing assistance for homeless and at-risk individuals and families through referrals and access to emergency funds.

Sagadahoc County affordable housing complexes

Provides residential units administered by the Maine State Housing Authority.  Rent is categorized as Income Based, which means tenants generally pay about 1/3 of their household income on rent; or Rent Restricted, which means that rents are typically based on a specified percentage of the median income for the area.
