Acadia Community Association — “Meals for ME”

Acadia Community Association is the non-profit division of the MDI and Ellsworth Housing Authority. Their “Meals for ME” program is available to all senior adults on Mount Desert Island for a suggested donation.

Eastern Area Agency on Aging

One of Maine’s Agencies on Aging — a regional hub of resources, programs and services (some of which are income-restricted) aimed at improving the health and well-being of older adults and their families. Programs include Meals on Wheels, EAAA Community Cafes and 3-D Catering.
